SecureData.com is a leader in hardware encryption storage and data security services. We are looking for dynamic, professional, team-oriented, self-motivated individuals with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Dealing directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and requests
- Handling and resolving customer issues
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle service inquiries
- Providing pricing and processing information
- Setting up new customer requests
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
- Following up on customer requests with a short (1-3 calls) call/email cyclesl
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- 2 years of IT related experience
- Must be self-motivated and require minimal supervision, must be extremely organized
- Providing excellent customer service
- Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
